Three unrelated jokes bundled as one addon, each independently toggleable in real time — turn off the one that isn't landing on your server without restarting or losing the other two.
None of it touches stats, damage, or leveling. Witness Protection only overlays a nameplate, the Participation Trophy Board only reads totals Endless Leveling already tracks, and the Backseat Gamer only talks — nobody plays differently because this is installed.

Witness Protection Mobs
- Every mob Endless Leveling processes gets one of 32 aggressively mundane aliases — Steve, Karen from Accounting, Gary (Probably Fine) — laid over its real name rather than replacing it.
- Hostility isn't filtered: a passive mob can get renamed too, which this addon treats as a feature, not a bug.
- Turning the feature off immediately restores every renamed mob's real nameplate; nothing is left stale.
The Participation Trophy Board
Endless Leveling already tracks damage dealt; this adds the humiliating half.
- Tracks lifetime deaths and lifetime fall damage per player, then snapshots every participant's totals the moment a raid starts.
- When the raid ends, it opens an inverted leaderboard on the completing player's screen: Most Deaths, Most Fall Damage, and — the one column sorted the other way — Least Damage Dealt.
- Titled "Participation Trophy," subtitled "Nobody's proud of this one."
The Backseat Gamer
- Broadcasts one of twenty deliberately unhelpful one-liners into world chat whenever a player takes a critical hit — "SKILL ISSUE," "HAVE YOU TRIED HITTING IT?"
- Rate-limited to once every 8 seconds per world, so one bad fight doesn't turn into a wall of text.
- Goes out to everyone in the world, not just the player who was hit — audience participation is the point.
For server owners
- `/laughing <witness|board|backseat|all> <on|off>` toggles any feature live and persists the change to config.json — no restart either way.
- `/laughing status` shows the current state of all three.
- Requires Endless Leveling Core 12.0.0 or newer. Server-side only — your players install nothing.
