The Permission column shows either a permission node, or the default access tier a
command follows when it has no node of its own. Adventurer is the ordinary player
tier – those commands work out of the box.
/sirenscommands (or /scmds) lists all of this in game.

/mail on its own reads your letters. Its three subcommands are:
